Served weekends from 11 am to 3 pm. All dishes served with refried beans, fresh fruit and flour tortillas.

Huevos Rancheros—Fried eggs on a soft tortilla covered with Ranchero Sauce.

Chilaquiles—Sauteed tortilla strips, tomatoes, poblano peppers and onion scrambled with eggs and covered with melted cheese.

Huevos con Papas—Eggs scrambled with potatoes, poblano peppers, onions and tomatoes.

Huevos Con Chorizo—Eggs scrambled with Mexican sausage, onions, tomato and poblano peppers.
